Trish Squire
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
With a distinguished career in the performing arts industry spanning over 20 years, Trish Squire is a visionary leader, esteemed choreographer, and prolific producer of premier live events. As the co-founder and director of Spectrum Global Arts, Trish has been instrumental in shaping one of Australia’s most renowned institutions for dance and performance education. Her extensive experience and passion for the arts have positioned her as a driving force behind Spectrum Global Arts’ success and growth. Trish's dedication to excellence is reflected in her impressive portfolio of live performance credits. She has choreographed for top Australian artists such as Guy Sebastian, Rhonda Burchmore, Ricki Lee Coulter, Chris Lilley, Toni Pearen, Hi-5, Wendy Stapleton, Jon English, and Tottie Goldsmith. Her expertise extends to the television and film industry, with credits including Neighbours, The Logies, The Pacific (Steven Spielberg), Winners & Losers, Big Brother, The Footy Show, and various national campaigns for brands like Coles and Curves Gym. As a producer and choreographer, Trish has collaborated with prestigious companies such as Crown & Burswood Casinos, Channel 7, GTV 9, Mars, Schweppes, Star City, and Siemens. Her role as Artistic Director and Manager of the Melbourne Storm NRL Street Crew, along with her work with the Melbourne Storm NRL Cheerleaders, Melbourne Star Cheerleaders, and Showtime Attractions, underscores her versatility and leadership in the industry. In 2009, Trish launched Spectrum Talent Agency, a testament to her commitment to nurturing and advancing the careers of performers. Under her guidance, many of Spectrum Global Arts’ graduates have secured prestigious contracts with global entities like Royal Caribbean Cruises, Disneyland Tokyo, Moulin Rouge Paris, and Universal Studios Japan, to name a few. As the director of Spectrum Global Arts, Trish is deeply invested in the growth and success of her students. She takes pride in mentoring the next generation of performers, guiding them from their early stages as students to their emergence as accomplished professionals. Her passion lies in fostering her students' belief in their abilities, helping them grow and succeed in the competitive world of performing arts.

Jason Teasdale
Head of Studio Operations
Jason Teasdale is an accomplished performer, choreographer and industry professional who brings close to two decades of experience across stage, television and live events to his role as Head of Studio Operations at Spectrum Global Arts. As a professional performer, Jason’s credits include work with The Production Company and feature appearances on major Australian television programs including Rove Live, Channel Nine and Channel Ten broadcasts, and the Footy Show Grand Final. He has also performed in the Asian Cup Opening Ceremony, as a member of the Collingwood Football Club Dance Crew, and as a backup dancer for leading Australian recording artists Havana Brown and Jessica Mauboy. Alongside his performance career, Jason has established himself as a choreographer and creative director, with credits including creative direction for a number of Melbourne-based event companies, choreography for the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, various cabaret productions, and the national television campaign for Vicks Vapour Drops. At Spectrum Global Arts, Jason leads the day-to-day studio operations, supporting the delivery of a professional and highly organised training environment. His extensive industry experience and commitment to excellence play an important role in maintaining the culture, professionalism and high standards that prepare Spectrum students for careers in the performing arts industry.
