Elevate your craft with our Diploma of Musical Theatre, empowering you to master dance, singing, and acting as a true triple-threat. 

 

The Diploma in Musical Theatre develops skills in all areas of musical theatre performance. Throughout this course the student’s talents will be advanced whilst encouraging confidence and creativity. This qualification reflects the role of performers working or aspiring to work in musical theatre and cabaret productions. At this level individuals are expected to apply theory and creative skills in a range of situations and to display initiative and judgement in planning activities. They have autonomy in performing complex technical operations and can be responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating the work of others within broad but generally well-defined parameters.

DURATION

12 Months Full Time

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

 Prerequisite for entry to completion of Certificate IV in Dance or an audition or other form of evidence where the candidate demonstrates competence in vocal, dance and/or acting skills at Certificate IV level

PATHWAYS

At completion of this course students will have achieved mastery in their field of talent and be on excellent stead to be employed in the performing arts industries.

QUALIFICATION

Qualification is awarded by Empowerdance RTO 40397 and delivered by Spectrum Global Arts.
